Covid-19 Notice

Dear colleagues,

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic that the world finds itself facing we wanted to advise you of HistoCyte Laboratories response.

In line with UK guidance we have introduced social distancing, therefore employees that can work from home are doing so. We have instructed our staff to minimise their hours at work to those roles crucial in the provision of products. We have purchased extra raw materials for production and will do everything within our power to maintain a constant supply of products over this period.

Regarding shipping we have reorganised this whereby we will process orders on a Tuesday and Thursday. Orders received before 10am on these days will be processed. This allows us to better manage the demand on production but also our demand on couriers and the Post Office. These organisations will also be stressed during this period and therefore we think this will mitigate issues with supply. If you have any questions please contact us at info@histocyte.com
